This tour involves a historic and cultural experience of “America’s Finest City”. We start our tour at Balboa Park, this is San Diego’s unique cultural park with over 18 museums to browse.

At Balboa Park, we will allow an hour for all guests to have an opportunity to view the diverse history of this park. After Balboa Park, we travel to Old Town San Diego for lunch ( on own). Here you will have time to view early settlements of San Diego. You will have the chance to walk into cemeteries, abode houses and learn how early San Diegans lived. I would recommend that all passengers have lunch at Bazaar de Mundo’s Casa de Pico, which has the best Mexican food this side of the border.

After Lunch, we travel to La Jolla for a great view of the Ocean and experience the “jewel of the pacific”. After, we travel to Downtown San Diego for a brief explanation on the growth and development of this area. The Gaslamp District and the Embarcadero, were the Maritime Museum is located. TOUR BASED ON FOUR HOURS. Upon request, we can set up tour for 6 hours with Harbor Excursion at an additional cost.

This narrated tour will show you the many diversified and unique areas as you journey through San Diego's vibrant *DOWNTOWN, *THE GASLAMP QUARTER with it's old world buildings, *THE EMBARCADERO with wonderful harbor views, a look at the many Navy ships in port and one of the oldest merchant sailing ships in the world, *OLD TOWN, California's birthplace-*BALBOA PARK and it's Exposition Museum buildings, *LA JOLLA known as the Jewel of the Pacific-a charming seaside village with many upscale shops and eateries with panoramic ocean views. The historic landmark *HOTEL DEL CORONADO along with it's beautiful beach.
